Having real problems getting past the options on the PS booking line. How d'you get past having to put in your 10 digit phone number and end with pound sign when your phone doesn't have a pound sign?

at the 1st set of menu options press 1, then when you get the 2nd set of options press 1 again
that should get you into the Q

I just take the first 0 off my phone number and then press the # key

When I called I didn't do anything ,just waited and it took me to the queue anyway!

That's what I did today, got through to someone straight away and paid. no numbers to put in or anything. They are still sending the letters before the card.

Are you guys calling the USA number direct ( 001 407 939 3463 ) or using the UK number 0870 2424 900 I think it's a "premium rate" call but it should be cheaper than calling direct into Florida. I believe that takes you direct to the Disney Reservation Centre here in Florida (I'd appreciate if anyone can confirm that fact)

I called 001 407 566 5858 and it worked a treat.
