Disney Dining hours of operation

Anyone know what the hours are to call for ADR's? We've already made ours but my family (we were going as a group of 12) has decided to throw a monkey wrench into things by saying there's a possibility of them not going now. I'm not willing to risk losing out on certain ADR's if they cancel on us last minute. Looks like I'll be calling back and down-sizing our reservations. I swear I will not do this again, try to coordinate things for 3 different families. Anyway, thanks for the info....I'll most likely be calling in the morning.

I believe they open at 7am and close at 10pm.
