does anyone know if you want disney dining do you have to stay in a moderate hotel upwards? does it not apply for example to pop century? hope someone can help...

The DDP offer at the moment is...

Value - No free dining plan
Moderate - Free counter service dining plan
Deluxe = Free table service dining plan

So no, at the moment you can't get free DDP on the value resorts I'm afraid!

Unless you book thru Disney.com before 21st of this month for stays between 16th August and 3rd Oct 2009. Only need to buy a 1 day ticket to get free regular DDP for your whole stay.
Only problem is for us it worked out cheaper for us to book with Disney.co.uk at OKW than Disney.com in a value resort.

Emma, do you mean free or to buy? just presumed you meant free.

you can get free dining on the value resorts as well if you book through the US disney (call them up)..
i have us booked at the pop century with free dining in september.
I called disney in the US to make the booking.

Thank you for your posts, I was asking for the free dining plan. I have already booked but a friend asked if I could help her find a bargain at disney.
