Disney Dining for Adults

Hi there. I have a trip planned with DH in September. This is the first time in a LONG time we have gone without the DS's. We are not planning any park visits. Have not done the "dining" thing before and was looking for recommendations as we are in the "window" to book something. Looking for advice. TIA

For adults only, my favorites are the upscale restaurants at the Swan/Dolphin resorts.
