We are thinking about buying AP's for our June trip and the DDE card. I know I need to order my AP's soon so I'll have a voucher # in order to get the DDE card. Here's my question --- what is the effective date of the DDE card? The date ordered, processed/received, or first used. I would like the use year to correspond to our AP's if possible.

Unlike the AP vouchers, it's effective from the date you order it. To get the most from it I 'd suggest wiating till right before you go to order it, then simply have Rosa at DDE either email you a letter to take with you or have onefaxed to the desk at your resort. I had to rely on both of those last trip. I had my email, which I stupidly left at home. Rosa faxed one ot the YC desk for me and it was waiting for us upon arrival.

What if you order it on February 2 and they still haven't processed the order yet? Will it be good from the date of their processing it or the date of your order?
