We returned last week from our familys ninth, and wonderful, trip to Disney World.
We were there May 22-29, and stayed at the Beach Club.
For those of you who would like to read my PTR, here is the link:

There are links to all the trip updates linked in the first post.
Why the title?
1. This was our familys first time to actually pay for the DDP. (We had it during free dining in 08.)
2. There were two DIS meets planned for the time of our trip. I was super excited to meet some of the folks Ive talked to. I already felt as if I knew most of them!
3. Well, youre just going to have to wait to find out about the lady holding onto my husband!

For those of you who dont know us, let me get on with some introductions.
My name is Michelle, and I am a 42 year old wife and mother. (I still cant believe Im that old!). I am a middle school math teacher.
My first trip to Disney World was in 1984, when I went with my parents and two younger sisters. I married my college sweetheart, and we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary during this trip (as it was just four days before we arrived in the World.) My husband and I took our two daughters to Disney for the first time in May of 2001. Since then we have returned eight more times, including this most recent trip. This was my 13th trip to Disney World.
Kevin, my husband is 44, and is a Human Resources Manager for a manufacturing company. He is such a kind-hearted, gentle man-I find it ironic that he has to be Mr. Doom and Gloom on the job whenever he has to fire or let someone go from work. He loves his 69 firebird convertible that he fully restored, and he loves his Alabama football! He is the Grill Master of all our tailgates. This trip was Kevins 10th trip to Disney World.
Our oldest daughter is Elizabeth and shes 16. I still cant believe that we have a 16 year old child, who will be off to college in just two years! Like most 16 year olds, she loves to drive her car ANYWHEREand loves spending time ANYWHERE as long as its not with her parents! HA! Seriously, she is a good girl, very responsible, and a hard worker. She loves to make a list and check it off (I trained her well to have all my OCD tendencies!) This trip made nine visits to Disney for her.
Our youngest daughter is Rachel and shes 14. For every moment that her older sister is organized, Rachel is the direct opposite. She is my fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants child. She just be-bops along, happy with life. BUT, boy, sometimes it frustrates me to pieces! Of course, I love her anyway. You cant help it---shes just so dang funny sometimes! This trip was Rachels ninth trip to Disney World.
Reid, my nephew who has lived with us for the past three years, is 7. He is ALL BOY---at least thats what folks tell me. I was born into an all-girl family, and then happened to give birth to two girls, so Im not really sure what ALL BOY means! If it means that he never slows down, and is always into something, then theyre right! He is a very smart little kid---was the only 1st grader in his school this year to earn 100 Accelerated Reading points! This trip was Reids fourth trip to Disney World.
Here is a family picture from our New Years trip 2009/2010, when Elizabeth turned 16.
Up next----We actually get out of the house on time, but why does the AC not seem to be very cold?
