Disney Dining Credits Question

Hi all,

We have an 8 day Disney Dining package and we're vacationing on these dates:

Sept 8 - 16

We don't get to Orlando until 5:20 pm on Sept 8th.

Will we have a Snack, CS and TS meal for this day (?) because if we do, we could eat a CS meal at Downtown Disney that night and save the TS credit for a 2 credit meal, right?

Or if it doesn't work this way, could someone please explain it to me?

On the basic DDP you get 1 TS, 1 CS and 1 snack per NIGHT you stay. Your DDP kicks in the moment you check in and lasts until 11.59pm the day you check out.
You are free to use your credits any way you want during the time frame, but remember the credits are per NIGHT, not days stayed!

As soon as you are registered and have your KTTW card in hand you will be able to use your credits.
So, if you check in at 6.30pm, you will be okay to go ahead and use your credits.
