I have the 20% Disney Dining Experience card ~ can I use it in DLP does anyone know?

No, it is not possible to switch the benefits between the various parks.
So DDP can't be used at DLP, just as DLP AP and shareholders club can't be used at WDW/DL

I don't think you can as DLP doesn't do this, they have Half board vouchers instead.
