Disney Dining canceling your ADR's??

We received a call last night from Disney Dining Reservations asking us to please call them right away concerning our ADR's that we had made for August 2012. It turns out that through a glitch in the system they had overbooked O'Hanas for August 22, 2012 and said that they could not honor our ADR. The only time they had available was at 4:00pm, and we did not want that. When we asked what criteria they were using for canceling people, that said it was first come, first serve.

Has anyone else had this happen????

Yes, there have been several posts regarding overbooking of restaurants due to a problem with the reservation system in February that permitted such overbooking.
