Disney dining and Plaza Inn

I have 2 of the disney dining vouchers for the bfast at plaza inn but there may be 3 of us. can a person order off the menu?

I believe the Breakfast is Buffett style and that they don't have a regular menu then.. But it does have Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet characters there to see while you eat

I might be wrong but I don't think they have manu service. Breakfast was a Character buffet and a good one at that. The place seemed to be set up for only buffet style dining all day.
