Am I the only one having trouble buying stuff from SM? I'm really sad about this, y'all. I've emailed them twice, Britt once just to see if she knows if their email is working. No response from anyone there. Then today I posted a question on the message board and someone said they would forward my question onto the right person. That was three hours ago. How weird is it no one will email me back or fix my cart? I have a ton of Britt's stuff, too, that I had ideas for and wanted to get started with. I just really wanted some kind of response. I started asking for help yesterday at 10:30 a.m. You would think someone would have at least acknowledged me by now. I hope I still get everything on sale and the pretty collab kit. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm complaining. It's stupid to let your feelings get hurt over something so trival. I know that. I guess I'll let it go another day and then issue a charge back on my credit card.![]()
LAUREN!! Oh my word honey. I'm so sorry. I promise you I did not get your email or I would have responded ASAP! You know me, I always write back right away. I just searched for your email and found it for some reason in my junk folder! OH MY!
OK - I'm going to email you right now. I don't know what the problems are exactly at SM and I'm really embarrassed and saddened that some people are getting bad impressions of the site I worked my tail off for. Cuz all the stuff you need help with I can't even fix!! I don't have control or admin access! BUT I can get you links to all my stuff! THAT SUCKS that you still haven't been helped and I'm SO SO SO SORRY!!!!!
