I know it's a long shot, but has anyone ever seen a swim cap with any kind of Disney decoration?
My DD10 has long, fine, blonde hair that we faithfully protect with a swim cap as much as 4 times a week at the YMCA for swim team. She is understandably reluctant to wear one at water parks or other pools for recreation... they do look a litttle silly.
If there was something of a Disney design, though, I might talk her into it. Otherwise her hair becomes worse than Mad Madam Mim... like barbie doll hair in texture. Yucky 
Anyone ever see anything "cool" enough for a 10 year old to consider wearing in public?
