This was back in 1966 and we got married 6/7/69 I will have known him for 40 absoutely, wonderful years. More than two thirds of my life.
Steffy calls him Hubby Too because when she has had to move,,he is the only one who helps with moving her computers.
He looks at us and when we really get going, he stops and says he cannot handle so much stereo :rotfl:

Yeah - I seem to get bored easily! Plus, I hate having signatures that are huge... so I'm trying to keep it small.

The page I left. I would reply to someone, and then page back forever trying to find where I left off...
Drove me nuts. I'm slightly OC and have to read from where I left off. I've got to go to bed now, and I'm still like 30 pages behind.

Steffy - I'm finally able to help you out. I never get lost -- here's what I do. When I am finished and caught up with everything for the night, I go to the upper right hand corner of the screen. There are two "x's" -- the upper most x will close everything right where you left it. When I come back to my computer (I never turn it off because we have Road Runner) and double click on the browser I use (Avant Browser in this case) and I am exactly where I left off. Now go to the top of your screen and hit the refresh button. It will leave you on the exact post that you left off of, but will add all the other posts after it. I hope that makes sense, because it made my life much easier!!

Where did yu get the grphic in your sig? Is it large? I think I would like to put that on our sweatshirts ......

I saw it as somebody's avatar, right clicked, highlighted properties, copied, then pasted in my signature (after adding
). So I really don't know where it originated.

ETA: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid146/p2d1d739677b03c5d095236b82f562276/f64a0e54.jpg

so maybe if you went to www.imagestation.com you could find one large enough for your sweatshirt. It would look great!!!

Hey Denise -- after 7 loads of laundry -- how did your shirts wash?? After I washed mine, some were cracked. I tried re-ironing them, but it didn't seem to make much difference. Did anybody else seem to have this trouble after washing them?

Oh yeah - it was the Ebay paper that I used.

That reminds me of my first pregnancy. I went to the Dr. the day before my due date (according to the ultrasound) and he checked me and said I wasn't ready at all so it would be another week or 2. That night I was up all night with horrible cramps, when I complained in the morning to my DH he timed my "cramps" and figured out I was well into labor. I just kept saying "We're not ready yet. We're supposed to have another week." :rotfl: So he was born on his due date regardless of what anyone else said. He still likes to do his own thing and not listen. Of course, all my others went well over their due date. With my last one, we tried every idea people had to try and get labor started and I still ended up induced. :guilty:

Double Dutch. Guaranteed!! I started jumping rope in the early evening, and few hours later... poof.... my son was born... Don't recomend this! I'm sure all doctors would frown.

Just telling you what worked for me!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

This was back in the day when you had no seat belts for the cars and a metal car seat with no padding. Consumer Reports was in it's infantcy...

OKay,
I'm up past my bed time. I've gotta go to sleep. Promised my doctor.

I'll start tomorrow on page 1100.. No snow yet, but I think it is dropping on tinker1bell.

I have seen it big - I will look for it!!

BalooI was going to post it - I had read rumors and yet it still caught me off guard - I don't know why they didn't show a reaction - I think he really loves Abby and will be over the moon!! I loved his present to her!!

I hated how he broke up with her last time - remember she was torn between him and Carter and he said to her

"You're not that pretty, you're not that special"

I don't know how she ever got over that - but it does seem Luka has really changed and so has Abby - I hope they make them happy!!

okay Apprentice watchers:

Randall or Rebecca?

I personally like Rebecca -

While impressed with Randall - I think he is not a go getter - I think he has flown under the radar and I haven't really seen him put himself on the line

Rebecca has passion to me though - I can't imagine how hard this must be for her with a broken foot!!

for their tasks - Randall seems clueless and Rebecca seems to have a good plan in place- but what is up with not asking people at a fundraiser for money!? :confused3 also if Joe Piscipo doesn't show - how is that her fault - how could she have EVER forseen something like that happening?

How could Randall be that off on the weather forecast and how can he have no rain plan?!?!
I like them both. Until the show tonight I would have given an edge to Randall, but he really had the deer in the headlights look when Trump was explaining the task. I saw the look several times throughout the episode. I don't think he feels totally comfortable.
Am I right that beyond a charity event he has to plan a softball game? How does one do that in the rain? I think their challenges should have both been inside or outside so they can be judged fairly. Or, did I misunderstand the task? He should have a plan for the charity portion, though.
Also, what was up with making all 4 of them go to the party store? That was dumb.

Rebecca seems at ease and really confident right now. I wonder why Joe didn't know he had a Union conflict when he was originally asked to do it. I wonder if that was done on purpose. Maybe the game was scheduled on a rain day also as a test to see how they deal with adversity :confused3

Can anyone give me a rundown on what has been happening here in the last week or so? I know about Amy :goodvibes (and Kevin)

it is 1:10 here and no snow.
We were stationed in Hawaii and tried driving to the other side of Oahu where the road ends so maybe I would go into labor before DH went out to sea,,,did not work :rotfl:

Thanks! I will have to try that book. Actually I will give it to my mom who doesn't think I should do it. She is afraid she won't be able to go to college. DH is worried abouth teaching her algebra, etc. and the Sciences of phisycial science and chemistry.
The funny thing is I told my mom that the homeschooling curriculums I have seen are similiar to the curriculum iI did at the christian private school I went to. We did PACES each pace had 3 check-ups and then a self test and then the test. We had to get an 80 or better to pass. each grade level had 12 paces. we were in a class room 6th grade thru 12th grade we had desk cubicles. If we need help we jsut put up our flags and the teacher or monitor would come over and help.
The author homeschooled all 4 of their kids and 3 went to Harvard. So this book might help with your mom. If I can think of some of the others I'll let you know.

I love that clipart. Very cool.

Some of the shirts came out pretty good, others not so good. I'm going to do a tree transfer on mine as it just looks like a blue blob.
Not sure about Nick's yet. The other 3 have a definate tree shape.
