Well, MidNite... I didn't get post 12,000 since I had to WORK... but I will take care of us now.

DS just informed us that her REALLY REALLY REALLY wants to go to the "zoo park". Ya know ... I really wanted to drop AK from our plans (although I have a fabulous shirt for it!). Cal me a grouch, but it's my least favorite park. First off ... we have a fantastic zoo we go to in Rhode Island. Second ... and don't ban me for saying this ... Busch Gardens is better!

I swear the only reason he wants to go is for Primeval Whirl! ugh DH and I could not wait to get off! He rode again with another family! We both stood in the baby swap area!

I wonder if we could get diet coke to use us in a commercial

showing each of us at our computers - laughing, crying, posting, designing, drinking our diet coke and end with us all meeting at WDW - that would be a great commercial!!!!!

DBF read recently that in the US, Coke is going to quit distributing Diet Vanilla Coke and Diet Coke with Lemon. We love Diet Vanilla Coke; it tastes like candy, and when we are low carbing, it is a treat! DBF is

Okay, here is the quick update on my trip situation (because I know you are all waiting with baited breath to know where DBF and I are spending Thanksgiving!)

We decided to keep the trips to Vegas and San Francisco as planned. So we leave tomorrow at 5 am for Vegas. Then next Tues we'll fly from Vegas to SF and spend Thanksgiving there.

That is not to say that DCL has gone by the wayside. Instead, we are looking at the 4-night cruise that leaves on Dec 4. This means we'll be at WDW on Sat, Dec 3 so we could actually meet the triplets (and their parents of course). We'll be the crazy people running around MGM looking for Triplefigs. Note to self... go back through this thread to see which shirts R, D and BK are wearing that day so we can spot the from afar.

Then, we'll do a few days at WDW after the trip (we already had that planned actually, it's DBF's birthday weekend). DBF has a work thingy on the evening of Dec 8, so if anybody is at WDW at the time and wants a dinner buddy -- or wouldn't mind me tagging along with your family -- let me know.

BTW -- we both work from home so can take our laptops and our jobs on the road. Don't want you to think we are independently wealthy or anything. We wish!!

Okay, I'm all packed and am wearing shirts I made for previous trips and activities. Will make more shirts when I get to my mom's in SF (she is dying to see how these transfer papers work). It is almost 2 am here and the car service comes at 5 am. Think it's time for me to get a small bit of sleep. I'll try to log in tomorrow to hear how Nick, the triplets, hunka, PNO4TE and all the other sickies are doing.

Now, I'm a Type A Oldest Child Perfectionist with serious procrastination issues. I'm not sure how that came about, but let me tell you -- it's a combination that'll drive anybody CRAZY!

I'm a Type A Youngest Child Perfectionist with procrastination issues. I read somewhere (FlyLady, maybe?) that the perfectionism is what leads to procrastination. "Well, I don't have enough time to do it AND make it be perfect, so I'll get to it later..."

I need two t-shirts with the Wiggles characters. One with JAKE and the other HALEY. Kate has done them in the past but she is taking a break. Is anyone interested in attempting. I am taking my two grandkids to the Wiggles this weekend and would love to make them a shirt. I know it is only a couple of days away so if nobody gets to I am just going to use the Disney Playhouse design that is on Kate's design thread. Just thought I would check.

You guys got itchy fingers or something? 18 pages in 18 hours!!!!

I gave up catching up after 804 because Nick has somehow managed to give Christian the ear infection - perhaps its a computer virus . The Doctor gave him some antibiotics: apparently the current "advice" is give Calpol and/or Neurofen for 3 days then give antibiotics if still bad. Luckily we have brilliant doctors who know what life is, so he followed it up with "if it gets worse start it sooner, if it was one of my kids I'd start it straight away"

Hope Nick is feling better - Christian is lying on the sofa shivering under a blanket (this morning he said he wanted to wear shorts because he was too hot - he had a fever). He's very quiet -I bet if I pop in he'll be asleep!

Okay, I need some help DDA's. I have this plaque that says Home is where your story begins.(pic below)

I would like to make a similar one using the word "Family" but I can't think of a good saying. The plaque is only about 18 inches across, so I could only use about 6 words. Any ideas??? Thanks, any help would be appreciated!

originally was supposed to go to MK for the whole day ,... but we were supposed to hop back to MGM the day before. I changed it cause I couldn't bear to miss Spectro!!!! I think we'll play it by ear. Probably not epcot since it's a BAD day ... unless we go there late to take advantage of late EMH. depends on how tired we all are. Gotta get in that one last ride on TEST TRACK!!!

We'll be at MK the evening of the 14th, too, for Spectro! And MGM the 15th, which you said you weren't sure about

Ewww.... I actually had had it several times at the Coke museum/factory thing (in Atlanta). My youth minister when I was like 12 tricked everyone into tasting it. SO... you better believe any time we were in Atlanta I 'payed it forward' When DH and I went to WDW on our honeymoon I had completely forgotten about it -- until I SAW it, so he was my next victim.

I can't wait until my family tries it! Unfortunately (for me, not them), they have been fairly warned by some friends.

Please don't be mad at Nick. It's not his fault he got sick and we had to postpone game night. Hopefully you and your mommy and daddy will stay healthy, and we'll be able to pick another night soon. Or maybe, just me and my mommy can play with you while our daddies are at work. We'll figure something out after Nick feels better. I miss you and I hope you have a good day!
