Disney Cruises

We went a few years ago on the Wonder. Very nice. Only thing I would change is the scheduled dinner meals. Would prefer open meal periods.

My families loves them. We went on th 7 day Eastern in 2003 and the 7 day western in 2006. The kids had a great time both times. They spent time in the kids programs and hanging out at the pool. They loved being able to get icecream anytime. My husband and I also enjoyed them. We always eat dinner together except for one night when my husband and I go to Palo's. We go see the new movies that are showing and the education programs.

DH and I are middle aged with no kids and we love DCL. We've done the 4 night Wonder trip twice and now we're signed up for the 1 week Magic trip (Eastern) in 2009. I can't wait to see where the two new ships will be sailing. We'll be on them some day.

My wife and I are both late 40's, no kids traveling with us anymore and love cruising. Done one Disney cruise - 4 day a few years ago. Best cruise of all we've been on -if it wasn't for the "Disney Tax" we'd do more of them for sure. For adults it's high class and lots of great enertainment, excellent food, across the board 1st class. We do plan on going on the Member's Cruise in '09.

I think for a 7 y/o - would have to be the best cruise in the whole world. Lots of stuff to do, and well, it's Disney - nuff said.

Enjoy pirate:

DH & I did a 3 day Disney cruise last February (07).....it was our first cruise ever, so we can't compare to others, but the couple we were seated with for meals have taken many different cruise lines, and told us this was the best ever. Others we've spoken too prefer other lines due to disney not having gambling on board. We, both in our 50's, had a great time! Your 7 year old would love it, they have activities going day and night which are age oriented.....so you will probably even get lots of adult free time!

What is the "Disney Tax". We're looking to do a cruise in 2010 and need as much info as possible!

We did a 7 day MAGIC cruise in 07 and just got off another 7 day MAGIC cruise.

As adults these were by far the BEST vacations that we have even done.

After the second day, my 9 year old sais, "Dad, everyone's so nice, it's like they're you slave or something".

7 days flew by SO quick that I couldn't imagine doing the shorter WONDER cruises.

Save up for the 7 day, you won't be dissapointed.
