Disney Cruise Wedding....when to contact?

I hope/plan to get married on DCL. One of my first questions is....when can you contact Disney to start the process? (my sister is getting married at Disney World Dec 2006 so I have an idea about that process, just didnt' know if it is different for the Cruise Lines) I know the rates for May-Dec 2007 aren't going to be out until NEXT spring, and we may wait until May 2008 But we just wanted to get a jump start since they only do one wedding per cruise!!!
