Disney Cruise VS Royal Caribbean

I'm thinking of taking a cruise and was wondering everyone opinions on which cruise would be more gay friendly. I'm not interested in a Atlantis Gay Cruise or Al and Chuck event. I am concerned Disney Cruise may have more children or family type cruisers and less my speed. I'm mid 30s and would likely go with other gay friends and family 30ish range. So Disney or Royal Caribbean? Also, I'd probably prefer Concierge Class if it was Disney Cruise. Anyone have any experiences with Concierge and are there a good mix of younger people in that class?

Both lines are excellent in my opinio. You can't go wrong with either line. RCI has a casino and a more adult flavor.

I should try them both!! I have a bad habit of trying something new and if I have a great experience just keeping repeating that same thing. lol

If you love Disney and love the shows definitely do the Disney cruise. Yes there are tons of kids, but there are adult only areas on all the ships. There are plenty of bars and they are constantly coming around with drinks so that's just like any other cruise. I took my 6 yo son, but barely saw him. He loved the Oceaneer's Club so much he wouldn't leave it. They'll probably also seat you for your dinners with other adults. I travelled with a friend, her husband and their 18 year old and they sat us with a group of older teenagers.

It's everything you love about the parks with none of the stress.

I've sailed the DCL fleet as well as the Oasis. All ships have their pros and cons. Any trip with friends (ie a Podcast Cruise) will be a blast. Oasis does have a plethora of later entertainment and doesn't seem to start as many on board activities quite as early as DCL. A travel companion and I stayed out at the bars until 4am a couple nights.
