how many people want to go on? i want to get enough money to send my parents on it for a week but i don't know how much it costs i'm trying to save up so far i have about 50 dollors. do any of you have any other ideas if i can buy them tickets?

You will need a lot more than that, because my family is going in 3 weeks. For four people, it is near 4000-5000 I believe for us. So even for two people, you also need to think of plane, rental car, and a place to stay before. I am sorry being such a party pooper, I just don't want you to get your hopes up.

It is pretty expensive. We are going next October. It was really expensive for a room with a veranda. I don't want to be a Disney basher but if you are saving up you might think of a different cruise line. Carnival and some of the others are much cheaper.

I don't believe that you can get anything under $800-$900 pp. This would be the cheapist trips that I've seen. We did the 4 Day resort/ 3day cruise, in 1999, with air was about $2600. And that was the best deal at the time. Very nice of you to want to send your parents. Or are you just trying to get rid of them? ;)

My no means are cruises cheap. Just there are a lot cheaper ones then disney. When we were looking we could get "twice" the cruise for a lesser price...

most of you said about a plane ride to the orlando airport well we live in orlando so you can cross that out and for car rental we own our own car so that makes it alot easier :p

I really want to try the cruise sometime. But it's not going to happen for a while :(

Anyway, try babysitting, yard sale, lemonade stand, get a summer job (if you're old enough), and limit your trips to the mall. The mall is why I'm broke all the time!! Luckily I might be getting a job this summer!

Hopefully those are some good $$ making tips. But it will take a looooong time to save up!

disney cruises are absolutely AMAZING. wow i love them!! and they are really expensive so yeahhh youll need to save up for awhile. srry

Disney Cruises are SO much fun.
but VERYYYY expensive. as everyone else said, the cheapest is about $800 for the three day one. the 7day one is about $1000 for two people.
So start saving your pennies!

(and it's such a nice thought to want to send your parents on a vaca! :))

Awww, thats so sweet. I should do that too! You just gave me an idea!! :teeth:

i've done the four day one. IT is expensive. remember a cruise ship is practically all inclusive. you don't pay for your meals or beverages (with the exclusion of alcoholic beverages and special ones) so they are included in the price. you need to find lodging for before hand and such..

BUT DO NOT GO ON ANY OTHER CRUISE LINE THAN DISNEY!
you can't get the same stage shows, you won't get the same service and most other cruise ships are more adult oriented. like casino's and such. there aren't many teen clubs or anything. i just had the best experiencce on the disney cruise line. our waiters knew our names, we didn't have to tell them.
