Disney Cruise Package - Cost?

Our family is considering the Disney Cruise package. Can anyone tell me what kind of price we would be looking at - flying from Halifax Nova Scotia? or even a ballpark figure in Canadian funds?

Hi Olivia: I don't think I've spoken with you before, so welcome to the Canadian Board. I am a travel agent in Ontario, so I'm not very familiar with flights from your area, but I can tell you that Disney Cruise Lines air program only uses Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg as Canadian Gateways. It would probably be best for you to arrange for air separate from the cruise package. Since cruise prices vary enormously by season, cabin category etc., I can't really give you an idea as to pricing. If you could let me know how many people in your family, your kids ages, when you would like to travel, and if you want an inside or outside cabin, I could give you an idea of your costs. My DH and I are also thinking of a Disney Cruise. We have never cruised before, and we have always wanted to try a Disney Cruise. I have the Holiday House Cruise brochure, and I am having trouble making sense of the costs as well. We are looking at 7-day Eastern Caribbean, July/August for a standard inside stateroom cat. 11 or 12 (I get slightly motion sick), no air. I priced through Disney Cruise website just to get an idea, and it came up with an Early Bookings Bonus for the summer. Would you happen to know how much of a savings this is? Also, have you priced any cruises through Holiday House before? Thanks for any help you can provide.
