Disney cruise merchandise - help!

My MIL ordered a charm on the May repo cruise and has yet to receive it. She's called the phone number on the receipt they gave her four times and someone always promises to track it and get back to her. Obviously no one has. Because my MIL does not have a computer, she asked if I would contact them through the web page address that was on the receipt. The web page address "wdw.mail.order@disney.com" just takes me to the main Disney web page. Anyone have a more direct way to contact Disney about this? She ordered the charm from Treasure Ketch? I sure would appreciate it.

Let me check to see if I have the phone#.My husband reconsidered a cruise t shirt and they were able to get it for us. Got it
Select Disney Cruise Line merchandise items are available through the Walt Disney World Mail Order Department. They may be reached at 407-363-6200 Monday through Friday

what you're using sounds like an email address, not a web page address. You'll probably have much better luck calling them anyway.
