Disney Cruise Line Photoshop Help!!

I need some help with Photoshop I'm trying to design a T-shirt. If someone could do the rest of the editing it's above my very limited ability. I want the gold, I was able to change that from red but where the image is black I want red. Also on top of the 8 in 18 if someone could put MickEY Mouse ears!
