First; I don't know if this is the right place to post because all I am seeing are threads relating to the work program, so please let me know if I'm in the wrong place.

But I'm going on a cruise (and I shouldn't have waited til last minute) tomorrow. This is the first time I will be over 18, but my fourth time on a Disney ship.

1: Is anyone else going?
2: are there any college age only things to do, or is it just "you graduated so you are an adult now"

If I remember correctly from my last trip, there should be at least a few "college-aged" mixers and get-togethers. It should say on your personal navigator in your stateroom, so keep an eye out for those.

Have a magical trip! :goodvibes

I know that I am a little late to be writing back to this, but I am a college student and just went on my first Disney Cruise a couple months ago and there is no way that you can't have fun!! I saw a couple of things for college get togethers, but I never went to them. Don't worry about it, no matter what you will have fun. It's really cool going as a young adult too because you can go to the quiet pool and relax which is what I did most of the time. Anyways, don't worry too much about it and just have a fabulous time!!! :cool1:

I have a question sort of relevant for this thread.

Do a lot of college aged people go on cruises during October? I am sailing October 9th on the Wonder and I am kind of scared I am going to be the only college girl surrounded by middle aged singles at the clubs at night. lol

Someone please reassure me there will be fellow young adults taking a week off of classes.

:) haha

Well, I was the only one who showed up to a few of the events, and only 1 even had more than 3. But I knew I would have fun (5th cruise) and thus did. I got to meet with all of the crew staff and had 1 on 1 time (or close to it) with most of them (talking about everything from "MP:The Holy Grail" and "Being Human" (US v.s UK) to working on the ship after I graduate.

Ah! Sounds like you had a lot of fun! :)

And yeah, I'm planning on really talking to anyone that is there. CM's are perfectly fine for me!
