Disney Crocs

Read that Crocs is coming out with the Disney version just in time for Christmas on the DL DIS board. My kids went bonkers so this is what I found out. The person who posted the thread also posted fantastic pics of them. My boys want the pirates ones.


"Niwot-based Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX) announced Tuesday that the "Disney by Crocs" line will debut with Mickey Mouse die-cut Adult Beach and Kid's Cayman models. They'll be available in dual colors, including Mickey Mouse's signature black and red. Other designs will include Mickey and Friends, Winnie the Pooh and Friends, Disney Princess, Disney Fairies, Pirates of the Caribbean, Toy Story and Cars.An expanded product line is planned for spring 2007."

Rumour is they are to be in the States by October not sure about Canada. I will have to admit if their is Tinkerbell ones I am in... hook...line and sinker!

I contacted Crocs yesterday to inquire about buying some in Canada and he replied that the Disney Crocs will be available online and in all Disney locations. Even my husband wants a Mickey Mouse pair! He is a chemical engineer and I thought I would NEVER get him to the other side....our side...the Disney side I was so impressed even my DH was loosening up a bit for this trip. Definitely a good Christmas present for all my kids...and me!

lol...absolutely not, especially when it comes to marketing of any kind.

However, there are some here who don't believe that Disney reads discussion boards.

I agree with you. I believe this is where Disney gets it's most honest feedback and ideas from a wide range of people. What better place to be a fly on the wall (or is that a mouse?) than here!

I can't believe I'm admitting this but I *might* just buy a pair if they are out in Oct when we are there...... I bought a pair for inside b/c the new house has alot of ceramics on the main level and it's bothering my feet.... I have to admit that I haven't had a single bit of heel pain since I started wearing them last weekend. they are so comfy that even the ugly look is 'growing on me'!!

Hahaha! You've converted!! I think I distinctly remember you saying you wanted some sandals that WEREN'T crocs!! Welcome to the Croc-side!

(PS: Mine are pink...and I frequently wear them on walks around our neighbourhood!)

You'll find us eventually! We should just invite you over for coffee or something and stop the suspense! (It's killing me too, btw! It's DH who's all "make her keep guessing!!") Plus, I feel bad that we have an advantage in that we know where you live...
