Why are there so many black holes and unexplained mysteries in their system? When I booked my reservation I opted for 8-day hoppers but when the confirmation came it said 9-day hoppers. I decided to keep the extra day but called them up because I wanted to change the dates around. Since I had them on the phone asked about the 8-day hopper and how my confirmation said 9 days. The CM said the system showed 8 days. I said I know, that's what I wanted but then you sent me this confirmation that said 9 days so I'll just go ahead and stick with it. She made me think I was seeing things so for the fun of it I asked what the cost would be to add the 9th day. And wouldn't you know the price she gave is exactly what was printed on my confirmation? So what the heck was she looking at and why was it different from mine?
Today I received a message that they tried to send me a new confirmation but it was returned. What? All I can think is they sent it to my old address. We've moved a lot due to DH's job so they have at least three different addresses for me in the system. I gave them the correct one but every time I call they still have the old one on file. I asked why that is and no one can explain it. What's even crazier is the first confirmation (the one with the 9 day hopper) came to the right address, so why would the second confirmation go to the wrong address? I ordered the Disney DVD December 15th and never got it. Suppose that went to the old address too?
It's so wacky that it's hard to explain. Anyone else have these crazy problems with CRO?
