Are you talking about the Disney Chase Visa?
It's pretty easy - for every $100 dollars spent on your CC you get 1 Disney Rewards dollars. When you get over $20 rewards dollars you can order the Disney Rewards Card and spend it at Disney places.
The rewards card has an expiration date on it - usually for December of that year. (Don't put more than you can spend before then.)
