In Burbank? It's not open to the public, and there are no tours (EDIT: actually, sometimes D23 does tours, so I guess that would be a way). So no, unless you have a reason to be there.

There are many different corporate offices, e.g. TDA, Imagineering, ABC, Disney Studios, etc. Which offices were you wanting to visit? If you don't know someone working in that particular office and don't have a specific reason for visiting, I would think that it would be difficult to get in as a tourist.
