Disney Comparisons?

There is no free dining in July. You also only get free dining when you pay rack rate. Are you sure that is really what you are paying?

I think I might just be able to work out what I am paying:laughing:- The deposit is already paid for and have the balance in front of me.

Its not booked through the US site so I am able to combine the offers no problems at all. And free dining is available to me for nearly all of 2012 until end of nov-excluding spring break/easter time.

But I would really like to add on some dates at universal as my DDs loved it the last time esp - sipderman, we where so mad we stayed in RPR but did not go on spiderman until our last ride of the day as we thought it was more of a simulator and they can make us very ill. (The simpsons had done so the day before at the other park ) So even with flp we only went on once.

Ah, you must be booking through the UK site.

My suggestion for staying at Universal is to purchase one annual pass and take advantage of the APH rates.

My family of 4 two boys 9and13 have stayed at coronado for 7 nights with park passes and dinning plan for $2600.Feb 2011 and may09. Will I be able to come close to that price onsite at Universal. I am looking at $3000 for HRH without eating. I am sure food will be at least another $100 dollars a day. Please tell me there is a way. Also are there any evening shows or fireworks? I hate to keep Disney comparing I just dont want to be disappointed

Just keep in mind that csr and HRH are not comparable. HRH is a deluxe resort. It will never be as cheap as a disney moderate. If you were comparing the HRH to a deluxe at disney you would find that Universal is a much cheaper vacation. I would budget at least 1500 for food.
