I had a question for past/present DCP participants. I have made the courageous decision to go back to school. I will either be starting this summer or in the Fall. It has been 5 years since I got my first degree, and I finally figured out..."What I want to be when I grow up". I am 27 and going into a Tourism program. My dream is to become a Disney Vacation planner and I thought that a good way to get a foot in the door is to go through the DCP! I did not apply during my first time in college...because I thought that they would not accept based on my major, history, so I swept in under the carpet. Now...5 years later and happily married, I do not want this regret looming over me any more. I want to "Carpe Diem!" ...you know...before we start a family.
Has anyone done the program at an older age and found it to be beneficial?
Thank your for reading my brief back story! Look forward to hearing from some awesome Dis-ers!
