Disney college program sping!...questions

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site. I plan on doing the Spring college program that begins in Jan. I was curious what the chances are of getting hired full tiem after the college program is finished. From what I heard if I wanted to I can extend my internship for another 6 months if I wanted to. Is this true? Would I be able to get a full time job with disney after my intern if I prove to my managers I'm a hard dedicated worker?

Just scroll down on the main site - there's a whole list of different boards - one in the middle is called the college board.
