• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable US$95 transaction fee applies per confirmed reservation (excluding Disneyland® Resort Hotels in California).
• If payment of fees is not received at the time of confirmation, Disney Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

I called a few days ago for Disneyland Paris and asked for 10/09. I was told they were only accepting reservations for June.
