Disney Collection booking window

I'm looking at the booking guidelines on the member web site trying to find out when Disney Collection reservations can be made.

For the DVC Resorts, it makes the distinction "11 months in advance of your check-out date." However, for the Disney Collection resorts, it says "11 months to 2 days" or the like (different locations have different months and days).

The Disney Collection doesn't specifically say "check-out date" like the DVC resorts do. Does anyone know if the 11 months is from check-out date like DVC resorts, or from the check-in date?

MS tells me it's based on the check-in date for Disney Collection whereas DVC resorts are based on the check-out date.
