Disney child care- Help with Logistics

THis is our first time on property and I am traveling with DD19 & DD5, DH is not coming. a couple of night DD19 and I are wanting to go to the parks and ride a few rides. PLease help me fiquire out which childcare locations to use, we are staying at CBR, 1 night we want to go to MK (I am think Contemporary so we could just ride the monorail), then one night we are going to DHS. Any help would be appreciated.

Will you have a car? If so Simba's Cubhouse at Animal Kingdom Lodge would be an easy place to drop him off from CBR. My DS has stayed there at the club twice and loved it.
If you are using Disney transportation I would go up to the MK and then take the monorail to the Poly, so he could attend Neverland Club there (which I haven't used but have heard it's great).

My kids aren't old enough so we've used in-room babysitting but my neighbors go to WDW several times a year and use the Neverland Club. Their daughter doesn't want to leave.

At the clubs it is $12/hour which includes dinner and a snack. If you are a DVC member there is a discount of 10-15%. I can't say enough good things about them, my DS enjoyed his time there so much that he asked to go back. Unfortunately this year he will now be too old to attend Simba's.

I know you have to be 4 to enter, but what is the cut off age at the other end? 10, 12?

They can attend through age 12. The staff are very good about grouping the kids by age and age-appropriate activities.
