Hi..
I got an offer in the mail for the $200 gift card if you spend $500 in the first 3 months.. If I put a balance of $500 on it when my balance is due (sept) how long will it be before I get the $200 card? Would I get it before my Nov trip? Or do I need to do it sooner?

I got mine a lot faster than that, like 2 weeks after I hit the $500. but maybe August would be better just in case?

People I have referred for the Disney Chase Visa card say they have received their $200 reward card in the mail before they even receive their first statement. So, it's pretty fast.

DH and I just took on this offer, we racked up our 500$ and paid it off immediately and received our $200 gift card in about a week! One tip, if you do take the offer and spend your $500 you gift card will come as an unmarked piece of mail. I throw out tons of junk mail and was just about to do the same when for some reason I opened the unmarked envelope and thank goodness I did! It was my shiny new Disney gift card!!!!

They must have changed the requirements for the $200 GC. DH & I both received applications to join (separately) and our only requirements were to use them once! 'No' annual fees!

Once we did that we each had $200 on a GC that we received within a week. $400 extra to spend for Disney trip at that time! (about 2 years ago)

We're still using our cards, pay them off each month, and save our points to redeem for our trips.

I would love info on this, as well. All I see on the website is the $50gc after your first purchase or the $100 gift card after spending $500 on the premier visa (with a $49 annual fee).

$50 isn't really worth opening a new credit card to me, but $200 would definitely be worth it. Especially if DH and I would each be able to get one (like a previous poster) for a total of $400.

When we got ours, it was actually in the form of Disney Visa Rewards dollars instead of an actual gift card. We had to call to get the Rewards dollars put on the redemption card.
