Disney Chase Meet and Greet Download Question

Our first trip in 2011, we did the Disney Chase meet and greet at Epcot and received a printed picture. I've been researching for our upcoming trip and I understand this is now a download -- not a printed picture. My question is, if we are not doing memory maker, do I just have this download put on my photo pass card? If so, it will still be a free download to me? The same is true for the HS meet and greet?

When you show up for the meet and greet they give you a small piece of Disney printed paper with instructions on how to print your picture for free. We just did the Chase meet & greet at DHS this past week. Unfortantely, the CMs were mechanical & tried to rush us despite no one else being in line. Kylo ren was entertaining though.
