We are staying Pop Century this year. We were thinking it would be nice to go to the Disney Character Outlets for souvenieres, but need some help in figuring this out. We won't have a vehicle during our stay. So here are some questions.

1. What's the cheapest way to and from the Character Outlets for 2 adults?
2. I read that there is a free bus service from the Swan & Dolphin. Do you have to be stayng at that resort to use that service? And is there a schedule posted online for departure times?

I think we would only need a half an hour at the stores. So, I wouldn't want to take up a lot of time driving.

Thanks in advance for your input?

Are you talking about the store at the Premium outlet mall? If so, the Premium Outlet on Vineland is very close to Downtown Disney. (There are 2 Premium Outlets in Orlando). We usually take a cab from our resort or DTD for around $10-$15 one-way depending on traffic. That's the easiest way to get there without a car.

I've never heard about the free shuttle from Swan/Dolphin, but I would imagine that would take a long time taking multiple buses from Pop to get to Swan/Dolphin then waiting on a shuttle. I might be worth it just to take a cab.

Either a Outlet store really. I read about the free shuttle service here.

But it sounds like a vehicle is required to get to either Outlet store
