Disney Cel Phone Service

I just saw a press release about Disney offering a family-oriented cellular phone service (in cooperation with Sprint, I think). The website is pretty neutral, and appears that the service will become available in June.

Anybody heard anything about their services and/or prices..?

Does anyone know if Disney is going to offer their own wireless service or is this going through someone like Sprint, Nextel, etc?
