Disney Castmember Retirement Design Help

My FIL is retiring for Disney after 30+ years working in key control. We are making a big deal out of this. I found some pictures of an invitation that was made for a Disney Imagineer when he retired and LOVE it, but I have no idea how to recreate it. I'd love any help or input!

Yep, I suppose that would've helped.

His name is Ken. He has worked for Disney for 30 or 31 years (waiting on a confirmation from my MIL). He works in Key Control. His party will be June 26, 2011.

It doesn't have to be just like that one I posted. I just thought it was cute. Maybe something to do with Disney, have a key on it?
