Disney by yourself with one child?

Hi everyone! Very excited to embark on yet another trip to the world with my family to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday. We'll be there August 24-31st however my husband will be leaving the 30th in the am with my youngest daughter so my 4 year old and I will have a whole day to ourselves. I was wondering if any one had any ideas on how to spend the day. I was thinking of doing a day at MK just the two of us only because we don't know if we'll be back to the world next year as we are trying to buy a house. Any other ideas for a mommy and her 4 year old? Thanks!!!
