We leave in less than 30 days and I just decided to make a Disney busy book for each of my grandbabies who are 3 and 1. Has anyone made one? I'm searching on pinterest for ideas.
Not sure if Target has it any more in the dollar section but they once sold a pack of 3 blank books for $3.00 which I bought up. lol. Perfect for a scrapbook.
Also if you wanted you could get a sketchbook cheap from 5 below (if you have one) and make one from the pages.
Ooo. Good Idea just popped into my head!!!
Get a bunch of plain index cards (can be found at any dollar store), and binder rings... You can make a book / autograph book or anything from it. I know index cards are small but you can do a whole lot with them and they don't take up much space.
I have and will or this year's trip print out games.. then I set a time for completion of a few and award the winner a small gift (said winner can not win the next game).. My kids are 20, 18 & 14 so it gets real competitive now...
I also make a map of the US and we look for license plates and color their state. The one with the most gets a treat when we arrive on property.. their treat usually is that they get to pick where we get our first snack..
I usually search or several Disney coloring pages too.. and from past experience when I was a child we ONLY take colored pencils.. My Dad flipped when the crayons melted in the back dash window when we were younger.
Let me look around and see if I can find a Disney matching game... I know at 5 below or any brick and mortar store you can probably find a disney matching game.
