There is no fee for any Disney transportation.

There is no longer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but the on-property buses that travel between parks and resorts and to Disney Springs are free.

No however there USED to be a paid express bus service for going park to park but it was long discontinued before the pandemic closure

Also airport shuttles are no longer inclusive with packages

Just bussing from hotel to park/springs is still complementary
