I caved in and started making a Disney Binder for this trip. Never had one before so I need some help. I did this mostly because there are 6 of us and some might be flying and some might be driving and because of our fastpasses. I have a small binder, I think 5x7. With dividers and two clear pouches to hold my pens and post its.

What is in all your binders? Are there any downloads anywhere for 5x7 binders or just the normal ones?

Mine's just a duotang with calendars (so I can see all our parks and fastpasses and reservations at a glance), copies of our flight info, and packing lists. I don't take it to the parks, I just check it in the morning. These days I've also got printouts of each of our days from the MDE website - they make it very easy to print, and on our way out in the morning I can just fold the page and stuff it into my pocket, in case there's any dispute about the existence of my fastpasses (last trip they weren't showing up on my band). You can also do the same thing with a phone or tablet, if you've got one that can display the Disney app.

I got quite a lot of print outs from this website http://wdwprepschool.com/a-peek-inside-my-disney-world-binder-100-free-downloads/
As well as adding things in such as the cheat sheets for planning from Josh and a few menus of places we plan on visiting.
My binder is in the early stages, since i am not going until May next year, but when it gets a little closer i will add in confirmations, and plans etc.

I have one with a resort map, maps of the parks, lists of plans for fastpasses. Not sure if you can shrink the maps to fit on a 5 X 7 size though

I no loner use any type of plan or map for Mk, but I do use my phone for the app for parade times if I haven't memorized them. screen shot of ADR numbers and times.

My daughter made me a binder. I print out stuff to have in our room. She took the time and love to make it, so I use it. I don't tote it to the parks.... I use MDE app for the parks.

You don't want to see my binder :rolleyes1. I have a full size binder that I customized from the disney store.com. It has different sections from transportation to spreadsheet with daily plans. I don't really need maps anymore so I don't have any of those. This last trip we had 16 people in our group so I printed out our touring plans in index cards for everyone. Great way to keep it all together.

I have a 5x8 binder and have found I can shrink almost anything down to print it. Our DD is just starting to potty train so we have to carry in a bag anyway. There was a day on our last trip that our ADR's weren't showing up and it's useful to have a hard copy.

These are all great. Thanks so much. I never thought of shrinking all the stuff down. We aren't going to take it to the parks-I have the MDE app on my phone. Plus I don't need maps or times guides for any parks anymore. And I'm going to have some others in the group download the app. I just want to make sure everything is set up and I'm not missing anything.

I have to check that out. 100 free downloads! Exactly what I'm looking for.

I thought I saw a post awhile back, but couldn't find it. Thank you!

Oh wow. I might have to print some index cards. 6 people-the most we've every had. I can't even imagine 16!
