Im mad. I had 774 awards on my account and now im back to 690 awards. I sent Kris and email but didnt get a response.
 
Orlando Disney- DA has been down for a couple of weeks. If you go to DizBiz and the most recent posts from Dizawardsmom, there are instructions of how you are supposed to let Kris know about missing points. It's not just you.
 

maybe its me but why switch servers so close to a quarter cashout just seems kinda funny to me plus she never seems to answer my e mails how many points have people lost out on the past couple of weeks. I still haven't been paid form last quarter.

Did you post in Henwens about your points? I know it's frustrating with the points, I'm still missing over 800 from when DA switched over to being automated.

That being said I know Kris is working hard on the site. I try and not complain, but after almost 3 months (my point issue) and her not updating us (even though she really doesn't have to) I get kinda annoyed. Can't BOB help her.
 
going to be back up. But I have not talked to Kris is days.
The last time I talked to her she was shooting for Friday and that has come and gone.So I am at a loss here also.

Orlando Disney- your points are not lost and if you had been reading the updates on the board you would know that.Please relax and go to HenWens and read the updates.

What would you rather Kris do answer emails of around 900 members or get the site back up and running.

Me I chose the later and hope that it is soon.

Why is it you always have to answer the questions that people post on the board instead of Kris I understand she is busy and must be frustrated because of all of this but like I said I find it funny so close to cash out she is down down down doesn't answer e mails and points have been lost. I thought when she went automated she had help from bob I agree why does she have to do it along why can't he help. Just sounds fishy to me and I know if I don't like it I don't have to do it but I have been faithful to posting and doing the site and don't like the fact so close to cashout my points are gone and no answered e mails and still haven't been paid since last quarter.
 
JUST REMEMBER SUZY KATS USED TO BE AN AWESOME PROGRAM LIKE THIS TO AND WHERE IS THAT PROGRAM AND ALOT OF FAITHFUL PEOPLE LOST OUT ON THAT PROGRAM AND SHE DID ANSWER E MAILS
 
I have to say that it does bother me that there are really no updates or anything. All of my family members points are still missing, she has NEVER answered an email from me, nor has she ever answered a question on the boards from me. For instance; before the shake became automated (it may not even be up and running yet, not sure and I didn't realize that it wasn't up and running at the time.) I made a HUGE purchase.. do I still get my shake? Do we get one shake per purchase or one shake per $15 spent? That thread went on for a while and never was answered point blank.

Just her spending 5 minutes a day on the boards and telling us that she is still working on it, waiting for bob, whatever, it would keep a little faith going.

I answered because I am trying to let you know what I have heard true or false I do not know for sure.But I will give Kris the benefit of the Doubt. After all I am ONLY a member just like you and everyone else here.And I was only trying to help.

I am hoping that she is being honest and telling me(US)the truth when I talk to her (by IM by the way) but that only time will tell.

I agree with you totally that she should post more updates.If if were me and my program I would post at least once a day.But it is not my program.

I took flack about this program here befor and actually stopped doing the program and posting about it.Because people were mistaking me for having something more to do with it than I do.

Again I am only a member I get NO money or benefits from DA other than member benefits just like all other members.

My 2 cents, I think the comment was meant as .. why are you the only one to step forward and answer our questions. I think everyone here realizes that if we have ANY questions about DA we can rely on you to help us.
 
I too am losing faith with this. I totally agree , we shuld at least have a quick post to tell us what is happening.
I would hate to see this one go.
 
I can tell you this much....

I believe that the problems she is having are not of her doing. She is one person trying to run a program that is FREE to the public, in order to help normal people like herself get to WDW. She does this at great expense to herself. She gets NOTHING out of this but the satisfaction of knowing that she has helped someone. I know that she has recently put thousands of dollars into trying to fix the current problems.

She has to rely on a few people to help her out and when they don't do their jobs or worse, when they do their jobs badly, then she is the one who takes all of the flack from disgruntled customers. Let's face it, people, we are getting something for nothing here. All it costs us is a little bit of time that we would probably be spending online anyways.

Kristi is totally committed to Disney Awards. I say we all give her some time to work out the bugs and continue the program when it is functioning properly again. I am sure that she is receiving hundreds of e-mails and if she takes the time to answer all of them then that takes away from the time she could be spending on fixing the problems.

Read the posts in Henwen's forum. Any updates will be posted there. It's just easier for her to post once on the boards than it is to answer hundreds of e-mails.

Give it time! She'll get it worked out. Kris, if your out there...

I know she is just one person. I know she is working hard on the site. I guess we are just used to her being so honest with us. Then she does a post and in it she says why even bother?

I hope she gets this worked out, she has worked really hard on this, but it seems since June there is problem after problem.I'm behind her all the way, and I'm sorry she has to fix mistakes someone else made. I guess it's her silence we're not used to.
