Ok I have been talking with our web hosting and have emailed Bob.
Even though the site is fully up, any sites that award points are not working. There are modules that have to be put in place so that the database works with the new servers. I was hoping this would be completed by today, however I have not yet seen it happen.
Bob is on vacation and I am just as stuck as you all. If I knew what to do, I would do it. I am currently working with our web host to see if we can get the modules in place without Bob. He sent the necessary information in his last email so I still have hope that the site will be fully functional shortly.
No matter what we will be back and I will let you know as soon as it happens. Until then take a break from your addiction and just enjoy life.
