I am sorry to hear that so many of you have been taken for a ride by this program. I did DA for about 4 months and have 680 points (should be more, but some "disappeared"). If things don't get resolved soon here are some other options you have for filing complaints.......

Thanks for the link Mal! Does anyone remember what the old cashout amounts were? All I remember is 800 points=$10 DD

Here are the old cash-out options:

800 awards = $10 DD
1600 awards = $20 DD
2100 awards = $30 DD
2800 awards = $40 DD
3300 awards = $50 DD

I printed out my balance page and this page about two months ago.

Let's see what happens.

I clicked on Mal's link (thank you) and it showed I still have points, but when I click to see the details of my total it takes me to the old site and it shows 0!

The sad thing is I have no idea if I really have points left because I had so many times that points "disappeared" and were never added for the few purchases I made. I stopped doing the program a good 6+ months ago when I got fed up with what was happening and was sick of spending too much time doing the program and making $$$ for Kris and her 2 other side kicks.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I get any email from the "new" DA crew.
