Disney Auctions question

Hi everyone,

We bid on a Disney Auctions pin for the first time and were excited when Airborne Express arrived at the door. Upon opening the box, we found a Baloo bobble head, but no pin. We called Disney, but they had no idea what happened to the pin and were going to put out a trace.(?)

Our question is--did anyone else bid recently and receive their pin in a separate shipment? Disney didn't seem to think this was the case, but were not sure (yikes!)

Looking forward to hearing from someone....before real panic sets in here!

I rec'd my DA pin yesterday along with the Bobble Head in the same box. So it seems someone forgot to stick the pin in the box for you........Instead of being wrapped in bubble wrap mine was just wrapped in the paper used as filler for the box........strange......

I had two orders through Disney Deals. I am not sure if one or both were under the bobblehead offer (as I had forgotten about it).
I have had the pins a few weeks.
Early this week a package was delivered with someone else's name and my address.
It was the Baloo bobblehead.
A few others in Thursday night chat mentioned they also received the Baloo bobblehead -- their address and someone else's name.
So we got them, but appears they must be having trouble somewhere in their system.
No one mentioned getting a bobblehead with their pin shipment.
My bobblehead came packaged in a Disney Auctions box.

And I thought it was just me!

Got a bobblehead a week after the purchase of the Belle lamp at my address with someone else's name. Sounds like a LARGE snafoo!

Very large snafu!! I got my bobble head with someone else's name and my address as well. How funny. Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your pin. Hope they get that matter resolved soon.
