Was bored surfing the web and found a wiki site for attractions never built. Found some interesting things in there I never knew. Avatar Land was once going to be Beastly Kingdom, complete with a dragon coaster. It never happened and the laid off Imagineers took their idea to Universal and it became Dueling Dragons.

It also seems Disney had big plans for Roger Rabbit. I see it mentioned numerous times for different areas and attractions.

Not much love for EPCOT. Looks like Disney had many ideas for pavilions but not much in the way of attractions. I can see why those mentioned never panned out.

Anyway, Here's the link if anyone cares.

WESTCOT makes me sad - if they could transport EPCOT to the Left Coast I'd never have to go to Orlando :)

As a person who always feels taller than everyone else, im kind of glad Liliputian Land was never built. I've always wanted to ride Western River Expedition, though. I think it would have been a great addition to Frontierland.

Fun to read and dream about but I wonder how many of those potential attractions were actual legitimately planned for? I'm sure some were.

I still hold out hope that the Beastly Kingdom will someday be built, because it would be so amazing.

Wonder why they never built the ride in Germany at EPCOT. It would have been nice to have another attraction in World Showcase!
