When checking in for my cruise, it asks for a visa. My passport does not need a visa for either of the countries I am sailing to. One of my party members called Disney about it, and Disney is saying we need a visa, but we really don't. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Edit: sorry,I'm from Bermuda and heading on the 4 night Bahamas cruise.

FYI, it doesn’t matter what your country requires, it is what the destination country requires, so your first sentence makes no sense.

It's likely that the OP means his/her nationality does not require a visa for their destinations.
