Disney App V's WDW Lines App

What are the differences with these two? I have always used the Disney World app and had no issues but I found this WDW Lines app that you have to subscribe to and I am wondering what makes it so wonderful?

Lines gives you an estimate of the actual wait time as well as Disney's posted wait time. They can be very different. Also, you can make a touring plan and it will tell you the order to do the rides to minimize wait time. You can refresh it throughout the day and the order may change as you complete rides, take breaks, your plans change, etc. I am a big fan of Lines!

Lines will also tell you if you should expect the wait time to get longer or shorter later in the the day. It says something like "wait times will decline until 4pm, wait to ride until then," or "ride now, lines will only get longer."

Lines tend to be more accurate with wait times as there is no hidden agenda. Several posters have noted that Disney seems to inflate wait times on the more popular rides to draw crowds away to other less popular rides.

I'm trying to justify spending $15 for something I can get for free with the My Disney App. Is it really worth it? The times when you should come back to the ride would be helpful... I tried to find that but I guess you have to have the subscription to see that?

The "ride now" and "wait" suggestions are nice, but the having the actual expected wait times (vs the posted wait times) makes it worth the money, IMO. I used it a LOT at the parks.
