Evening All.... Any Angels In?!

I'm all alone and little Mips is doing her best to scare me witless (i.e. suddenly appearing or making strange noises!) I'm not really a fan of being in the house alone (Jon is away for the w/e).... also, I did something incredibly stupid today and I'm still upset about it - left my mobile on the train! I realised pretty soon afterwards and have rung all around but it hasn't shown up yet... tbh I think if someone picks it up they'll probably not hand it in *sigh* - I know it's stupid but I loved that phone!!! I've had it 2.5yrs, it has a Powerpuff girl cover and all my numbers in there....

Anyways! Off bright and early tomorrow to see my friend (thanks again for the good wishes). I have a bumper book of Garfield cartoons and a large box of Lush goodies for her (www.lush.co.uk - one of my fav. bath smelly stores but you don't have them in the States I understand - one day I'm sure!!)

Glad to see we are still here... perhaps the thread could be changed to 'Survivor' in honour of E's addiction... I mean everyone elses, not E's, of course!!!!

The beginnings of a cold started hitting me this afternoon, stuffy nose, watery eyes and the occasional sneeze ... I'm going to do my best to fight it off ! Have a pretty full weekend planned too.
Tomorrow I'm having dinner w/ a friend I haven't seen in awhile and then we're going to see Runaway Jury......then on Sunday I'm going to see John Edward - it should be interesting to watch things unfold .... I don't think I'd ever really be convinced it was real unless someone contacted me through him, but I keep watching because he really makes me wonder ....

Still here, I see.

DH and I left the football game at the end of the third quarter. Our team was winning then but the kids aren't home yet for me to get the final scare. Never even used the hand warmers. My feet were freezing though, so DH and I left and got dinner at a diner.

After the kids get home, I will be hitting the hay too.

Meg has cheer competition today so I need to get her ready to go too.

My Exchange box came yesterday afternoon!!! This is the first chance I've had to get on the computer to post about it. It came from LK She sent me a box with a definate lime green Mickey theme........

Good Morning Everyone!
I did tons of shopping at the mall yesterday, and by the time I left I had 3 full shopping bags! They were sales everywhere and I even remembered to take my Kaufmanns 20 % off coupons.
My MIL would be so proud of me!

I had a wonderful dinner last night! Started off with a bowl of clam chowder, a spinach salad, crab cakes, mashed potatoes with cheddar and chives, bread and a nice glass of merlot.
Everything was excellent!

SB, did you rent anything good? I need to get something for tonight and looking for some recommendations.

Nice exchange box, Lars! I have to get mine done today. I have only found one thing so far, but then again, I haven't looked yet. And I saw something else you and Meg can add to the bead stuff, zipper pulls. If you go here you can see what inspired me! I love that store, I had to go there when I went to Alaska to get the candle holder.

What else? Well, as usual, no job for me. I called the place that has me at the assignment and told them to find me something else, I really dislike this job. But until they do, or something else comes up, at least I am making money, enough to pay the bills and save for ............... vacation? of course!

I need coffee, I got up at 4:35 with Max, he wanted his breakfast. When a 76 pound dog bangs his tail on the bed and pants in your ear, it's time to get up.

I have to go to Baltimore to help my Mom today. Then the kids have a band competition in NJ and DH and I are going as spectators only. At least we get an extra hour tonight. DD is crucifer at church tomorrow so the prodigal Reynolds's will be returning to church.
