Melissa, I love spagettii that way, and carbonara, but it is a no no for me and my diet.

Merry, tell Allen to watch it, I have a friend who used to tickle his wife when she was busy doing dinner prwep, one day he poked her in the back and she turned around and stabbed him with the knife she had in her hand, they had to go to the ER, he laughs about it now, but he never tickled her after that!

Carol, I believe that dising during ads is ok. I don't watch too much tv at night anymore, cause I don't get home from work till 5:45 (45 minutes to go 16 miles), then it's din din time, and chores and errands.

I am officially released from my surgery, except for no lifting more than 20 pounds for the next 4 weeks. I think I can handle that. I feel really good, and I have lost 2 pounds since last Friday! I was on a stall, I think that getting this over with put my metabolism back in order.

I hope I missed no one, hi CS!!!!
